IPSL is one of the most successful wall and ceiling cladding suppliers in the UK. We have been working with Alan, Mick and Paul for over 10 years and have managed their IT through a number of refreshes and changes.
We have seen IPSL grow and move through three premises, and a number of IT evolutions. We supply IPSL with their Internet connectivity, telephony, and all their IT hardware and services. We first setup this company onto a domain network back when Microsoft Small Business Server was mainstream, and have migrated them through to Server 2019 and integrated cloud services, virtualised servers, Office 365, and have managed a number of SQL server installations and migrations for their CRM/ERP application. They have a virtual RDS server for remote working and access, and so they could easily move their admin operations remotely when COVID-19 hit

Complex integrations
IPSL have a number of fairly complex integrations with third party software and hardware for printing and scanning, billing and labelling, and website and phone system integrations. This company has up to 30 different direct dial numbers which are used to monitor different incoming call sources and volumes, and the phone system we supplied has been able to more than accommodate this. We have helped setup and maintain all of these, and have managed their IT workstations from XP to Windows 7 and Windows 10.
